Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Shipping Carrier

All shipments are handled through USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery times are subject to USPS schedules and may vary depending on your location.

Our Responsibility

Confusion, Caracas is responsible for your order up until the moment it is handed off to USPS. Once your package has been accepted by USPS and a tracking number has been assigned, the shipment becomes the sole responsibility of the carrier.

We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur once the order is in USPS's possession. For any issues after shipment, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.
