Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges Only

At Confusion, Caracas, we want you to love what you wear. We accept exchanges exclusively for sizing issues — if the item you received does not match the size you ordered.

To be eligible for an exchange, your request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached, exactly as it was delivered.

How to Start an Exchange

Contact us at confutionccs@gmail.com before sending anything back. Once we confirm your exchange is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We do not accept exchanges on sale items, gift cards, or items that show signs of use, missing tags, or altered packaging.
